Christian Feldt – Christian is an Associate at Scuba Ventures. He has been diving for 5 years and his favorite dive site is Whirlpool Rock. Christian enjoys diving at wrecks and likes the relaxing nature of diving and you are free to explore with your buddy. He is also a Junior Scuba Ranger #2. When Christian grows up he wants to be a millionaire - that is if he wins the lottery!
Instructors:
Bobby Sutton – Bobby is an attorney but he has been diving for 17 years and has been with Scuba Ventures for 15 years. His favorite dive site is Palau. Bobby enjoys underwater photography and spear fishing but rarely at the same time! He likes diving because you get to meet new people and everyone on the dive boat is there to have a good time and you get to see some incredible sights. Bobby is also the inventor of the Winkle Engine; co-author of “Use of a Gas Spectrometer to Analyze Gas Content in Diving”, “Effects of Molecular Biology for the Sport of Free Diving”; presenter at the “Annual Dive for Your Life Awards”; author of “Gas Fracturing for Fun and Profit”. Bobby is a Pro-5,000 Instructor and enjoys golfing.
Bob Camus – Bob has been diving for 35 years and has been with Scuba Ventures for 18 years. He is a dive instructor and his diving specialty is technical. Bob’s favorite diving site is A Wall. His other hobby is motorcycling.
John Murray – John is a Construction Estimator. He has been diving for 21 years and has been with Scuba Ventures for that whole time. His favorite dive sites include Cozumel, Turks and Caicos. John spends some of his dive time as a public safety diver and search and recovery as well as spear fishing. John loves everything about scuba diving. Particularly the meeting and teaching of new divers. Going to the ocean with first time divers is priceless. He loves to listen to the diver’s excitement when they complete their first ocean dive. John also loves to wreck dive on old ships and finding any items is an added plus! Some of John’s other hobbies include hunting and fishing. He likes working with Fire, Police and Sheriff department divers and looks forward to working with you!
Mike Blackwelder - Mike is the Claiborne Parish School Supervisor. He has been diving for 13 years and has been with Scuba Ventures for 8 years. He likes to go diving to see new places and meet new people who share the same interest. Mike’s favorite dive site is Bonaire. His hobbies other than diving include hunting, taxidermy, golf and being a grandparent. And when Mike finds the time to grow up he wants to be a “retired” person.
Jack Leach Jr – Jack “the Jack Hammer” has been an instructor with Scuba Ventures for 23 years. His favorite dive site is the Cayman Islands and he enjoys the weightlessness of diving. Jacks other hobbies include boating, fishing and golfing. Jack may never grow up – he’ll be a kid forever!
Jessica Salter – Jessica is in the Navy and an Open Water Instructor with Scuba Ventures and has been diving for 8 years. Her favorite dive sites include Australia, Bonaire and the Galapagos. She likes everything about diving and she dives with the best people in the world. Diving has taken her to places that most people don’t know exists. Through diving you can see the most amazing places in the world! And she would like to be a scientist when she grows up!
Mark Davis
Barry Barefield – Barry works at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and a Federal Courthouse Procurement Deputy. He has been diving for 37 years and with Scuba Ventures for 20 years - working as an instructor and a service technician. His favorite diving sites include Isla de Roatan and Honduras. Barry’s other hobbies include enjoying rum and cigars, travel and klipschaholic. He has also been a manager and assistant manager. And when he grows up he wants to be Jimmy or Warren Buffet.

Robert Garner – Robert works in the Bossier City Marshalls Office. His favorite dive site is Lake “O”. He has been diving for 14 years and has been with Scuba Ventures for 11 years. Robert enjoys the friends you make when diving.
Jeff Wagner – Jeff is a HVAC Contractor and an Electrician. He has been diving for 5 years and has been with Scuba Ventures for that whole time. You don’t have to worry about Jeff growing up because he says it’s not going to happen!

Daniel Peaden – Daniel “Cabanna Boy” works as an AT&T Electronic technician. He has been with Scuba Ventures as a Dive Control Specialist for 6 years and has been diving for 7 years. Daniel enjoys diving to see new things and new places; his favorite dive site is the Bahamas. His other hobbies include hunting, fishing, golf and boating.

Ted Lucero – Ted is a Field Service Tech for Xerox. He has been diving for 4 years and has been with Scuba Ventures for 1 year. His favorite place to dive is any place with water. Ted enjoys diving for the new places you see and the new friends you make. He enjoys the rest of his free time piloting, which he has been doing for over 44 years. Ted would like to be rich when he grows up!
Donald Johnston
Philip Haddad – Philip is a physician and has been diving for 5 years. He has been with Scuba Ventures for 5 years and his favorite dive site is the US Virgin Islands. Philip’s dive specialty is dive medicine and enjoys diving for the silent, beautiful scenery. His other hobbies include dancing and music. And when he grows up he wants to be an island junkie.
